Southern, Microsoft, Wal-Mart May Benefit From Bush Tax Plan
Time: 11:09 EST/16:09 GMT | News Source: Bloomberg | Posted By: Robert Stein

Utilities such as Southern Co., cash-rich companies like Microsoft Corp. and retailers from Wal-Mart Stores Inc. to Brookstone Inc. may benefit the most from President George W. Bush's plan for $670 billion in tax cuts. No kidding Soda :)

I have no illusions that ANY of that will ever trickle down to me. There's too many Yachts to be bought for that to happen :(

This is why I favor a percentage based tax system. So it woudn't matter how much you make since we would all pay the same percentage. And thus a tax cut would benefit everyone percentage wise. All thought I don't think that now is the time to be cutting taxes.

I would like to hear Finiancialwiz or sodablue chime in on this.
