Microsoft asked a federal judge in California to transfer an antitrust lawsuit filed by RealNetworks against the company to Washington state. Seattle-based RealNetworks filed the $1 billion lawsuit last month in federal court in San Jose, Calif., claiming that Microsoft is abusing its monopoly on the personal computer to dominate the digital-media market. |
