A Park City man and two of his companies have been accused by software giant Microsoft Corp. of distributing bogus Windows authenticity certificates, licenses and manuals. A federal lawsuit filed Friday alleges Perseus Trading Corp., Softwaremedia.com and their owner, Adam Childers, infringed on copyrights and trademarks, misrepresented Microsoft packaging and engaged in unfair business and trade practices.
