Thanks go out to matt who let me know that who let me know that Windows XP SP2 has been released in express install format, you can download it through the link above. This is for end users who did not want to download over 200mbs of un-needed files.

The Login cookie for ActiveWin has NEVER worked for me. Ever. Once I close the browser it forgets everything.

This has been the case across half a dozen computers running all different types of operating systems, so it's not a single-machine issue.
