This show captures the emotional stories of three surprise home makeovers for soldiers returning from Iraq for a holiday reunion with their families. Shot in small towns across America, At Home with the Brave will show how neighbors and communities joined together to make these makeovers possible and spread cheer. Send a card. This is a wonderful thing what the family, friends, media, and Microsoft are doing for these three families. A service persons life is one of loneliness, hardship, danger and even death. Its great that these three families a getting special appreciation and I am sure much needed gifts.
What a far cry from the welcome that service people that came back from Vietnam got a generation ago. Its great to see our service people treated with admiration and respect. They truly deserve it! |
