Today we announced the latest release of the Windows Intune service. We know you’ll love the new features like Windows 8 support, System Center Configuration Manager 2012 SP1 integration and Modern Device Management features that enable IT Professionals to manage and support their devices in new and exciting ways.
With all releases there is a process to enable these new features for existing customers. The process to enable your access to the latest features will not require any action from you.
All existing June 2012 accounts will be upgraded to the January 2013 release in February. Two weeks prior to the upgrade you will receive a Notice Board Alert in the Windows Intune Admin Console with the exact date, time, and downtime information.
