Monster Truck Madness - Teradachtyl

While racing, press h for the helicopter to pick you up

When you are racing again, press h again and this time, the copter is replaced by a teradachtyl

Monster Truck Madness - Dino Truck

While racing, press h for the helicopter to pick you up

When this happens, type trex

You'll find yourself in a cool new Dino Truck (press v to change the view)

Monster Truck Madness - Soccer!

Start a race on Highlands Rally

At the beginning of the race, turn 180 degrees (directly backwards) and go down that road

Somewhere along the road you will find a dirt road on your right. Turn and proceed down the road

Go straight until the end of the road. You'll hit a jump and find yourself landing in a soccer field

You'll find the ball at the centre of the field. You can play with the ball by pushing with your truck's wheel.

After that, keep going straight from the the direction of the dirt road and make a right turn.

Check point 1 is right in front of you! (you can use this as a shortcut for this track too)
