My boss has concerns about buying computers with XP and using Symantec Ghost. The concern is that with Product Activation, Ghost will cause problems since each computer will then have the same product code.
The Symantec and Microsoft websites seem to indicate that this will not be an issue, but if anyone has real life experience, and would like to provide feedback, or comments on the success or failure of the procedure, I would be interested to hear it. Thanks! |

You need to run sysprep. There's an option in sysprep to activate it automatically. Search support.microsoft.com on microsoft and policy and cloning.
Also make sure you're using hte latest version of ghost. -gosh |
