Can you provide a little more info as to your computer - specifically what hardware you have (mobo, video card, etc) and software, especially utilities. Also, does the BSOD happen randomly, or when you are working in a specific application. ---------------------------------------------- Work is for people who don't know how to surf Gateway Performance 1800; ATi Radeon 9500; SB Live Value; Windows XP Professional

That error code indicates that a memory access violation occured in a kernel-mode program or driver and the error handler didn't know how to deal with it. Did you add any new hardware, low level software (like disk utilities or antivirus), or update any drivers just before this error started occuring? Like Jedi Master asked, does this happen randomly or only when you are using a specific piece of software or similar applications. Andrew
