I think some files have to remain but I'm not sure. ---------------------------------------------- Byron Hinson ActiveWin: http://www.activewin.com Designer Dream: http://www.designerdream.co.uk
Originally Posted by Mithrantir: First of all jhave you tried to empty the Temp and Cookies files from the explorer? If yes does this leaves anything behind? Secondly (and this is just a thought nothing certain) is there a possibility that Norton clean sweep is not touchiong files that have to do with Symantec? Why can't you see the file names?
I have checked and cleaned all cache temp and various files and it still lists 25 file for about 888kb. Very odd as I said earlier my laptop cleans it all completely. I also tried a MS diskclenup as well with no luck. I will check Norton Website. Matt
