Corwin - It sounds like your two computers are close together. If so, you might want to consider purchasing a router from Linksys or Microsoft or someone else. Most routers include a hardware firewall. In the interium, re-run Internet Connection Sharing on the host PC, and follow the steps to reconfigure yours.
