I would seriously look at http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q307/2/71.ASP
If memory serves me correctly, that article decribes a 3 second gap and you hear a pop, however it can also cause a 3 second lag between tracks, because of a bug in the mci command play. there is a bug that results in mci play timing out for 3 seconds. Try that, i give it a good chance of working. -gosh |
