Had office XP installed on WinXP Pro - had to uninstall it and then reinstall it. after i did this the jpgs and gifs would open in photo editor and not picture and fax viewer. not a problem i associated it with the proper program but now when i right click on a jpg or a
gif i am not getting the regular menu for a picture - no set as background - no resize pictures ( i have powertoys installed). i tried uninstalling and reinstalling powertoys but no go. Also when I send picture to a mail as an attachment it no longer pops up the wizard to allow me to reduce them in size. It still works fine for bmp format but not jpg or gif. Any idea how to get this stuff back? kaikara |

Use system restore, or do an in place repair -
restart w/ xp cd, press any key, enter for new install, f8, r for repair. -gosh |
