So let me make sure i got this, u run setup, setup restarts the pc, and at startup you get a blank screen?
You probably just need a bios update. Could be 3rd party software. Could be incompatible video card. Is the video card on the HCL? If you search the ms kb on the video card are there any known issues? Could you swap the video card for setup?
