Why does Microsoft Word switch hyphens and dashes at random? - < To my left, this is the small case of the key that is just to the right of my zero key. Is this a dash or a hyphen? _ < This is that capitalized character for the same key. I guess this is 'underscore.' - < This is the minus sign on the ten key part of the keyboard. This looks like the same as the fist key. Microsoft word will lengthen or shorten these keys based on something, but I can't figure it out. Does anyone what know what it is? Perhaps it has to do with spacing.
