Running W2K sp4 build 5.00.2195 Pentium 4, 2 ghz. Windows installer would not stop installing when running most applications. Itunes would not load, giving error that the Windows Installer service could not install it because wrong service pack. Itunes has been installed for years on this computer. I installed Windows Installer 3.1 which fixed the problem. No more constant "Windows Installing" message boxes, and Iunes runs fine. Another error, "Ordinal 20 not found in DLL file DRMclein.dll" comes up when loading Itunes. Anyone know what this means? Thanks!
