I have Dell Laptop with Intel centrino processor, 512MB RAM, Win XP OS. My laptop was running fine, but suddenly it showed a message on blue screen "Your windows is shutting down....." and last line was "Dumping physical memory". Then I restarted it, it showed "Press F1 to retry to boot, and F2 for setup". I tried to boot many times, but failed. Then I tried to boot by bootable disk, but it could not started windows and was not able to detect any hard disk. Then I inserted windows start-up disk and installed windows again. I did disk defragmentation, disk check, installed good antivirus, good firewall...but nothing worked. I faced the same problem after 4 days. Then I repeated the same procedure. I thought it may be some virus attack, and didn't connected on internet. But unfortunately I faced the same problem again. Again I did the same thing. Now I am very much disturbed. Please help me. tell me some solution asap. Please suggest before I get the same problem again.
