To start out, I use wireless controllers. I recently turned on my xbox and found that it signed the first player in before I had even turned on my controller. Thus when I did turn the controller on I was made the 2nd player (bear in mind only one controller is being used) and so I couldn't get to any of my saved stuff that was on my 1st player profile. I went through my menu and turned off the auto-login and tried again. This time my controller was recognized as player one and I could log into my profile. However the xbox now logs in a second player. So now if I try to turn on a second controller so someone can play with me that controller is automatically made player 3. So I guess the way my system is working now I could never play more than 3 people as the system automatically recognizes a 'ghost controller' does anybody know what's going on or how to fix it? I can't find any help on the xbox website or other websites. Thanks!
