Please help, I've looked so hard for answers for this but I can't work it out nothing seems to work. Recently I've been having troubles with Windows Live. I uninstalled it to install it again to see if it helped but it kept telling me it could not connect to the internet, though the internet is working fine. So I set to use to the old school Messenger, which worked well for a while. now I can't sign in to either of them on any of my accounts (I have a few) but I can sign in on other computers and on imo.im I try the troubleshooter, and every time it tells me the Key Ports has an issue. There is no active firewall on my computer, I've tried logging in with it on and off and it doesn't make a difference it's always key ports. Then when I click repair, it doesn't fix anything, it just keeps saying it's processing- I've left it for three hours once and it never did anything, just still said it was processing. Also should I mention I have recently updated MSN as a result of reinstalling it? Please help me, I'm so desperate to get this fixed and it's really started to bug me.

[/QUOTE] Also, I've looked on the MSN website and used their help guides and nothing helps at all. I've cleared caches, reset, blah blah blah but nothing will work. I've done all the upgrades and it still doesn't work. the error code is 81000306 What does it mean?
