Office 2000: Outlook 2000

Flagging E-mail

Outlook 2000 makes it easy for you to mark up e-mails that you may want to go back to at a later date.

By right clicking on an e-mail in your inbox and then clicking on the "Flag For Follow Up" option you get a number of different choices, they include "Follow Up", "Reply", "Forward" and "Call" by selecting the appropriate one you will flag the e-mail (A small flag will appear next to the e-mail on the left) and you can then go back to it later on when you wish to continue with your reply or whatever it is you flagged it for.

To clear the flag just right click on the flagged mail and then "Clear Flag" or if you have followed up on your flagged mail just click on "Flag Complete"
