Dress Up Explorer Toolbar

Remember how nice IE3 once looked with a background image? Funny there isn't one after IE4. Want to decorate your toolbar with a background image again? No problem. First, crank up the registry editor and navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\ Internet Explorer\Toolbar\. Right-click in the right pane, add a New, String Value and name it "BackBitmap". Now right-click it, choose "Modify" and type in the path to a Bitmap image. Reboot, and your IE4 and Windows Explorer toolbars will be decorated. Make sure you choose a tiling bitmap image.
