Enabling Third Mouse Button Functions

Most mice come with only 2 buttons but there are some which comes with 3 buttons. To enable the third mouse button, you usually need a special driver. However, if you have a Logitech 3-button mouse, you can set the middle mouse button to double-click with the following instructions.

Run the registry editor.
Open HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Logitech\Mouseware\CurrentVersion\SerialV\.
Select Find from the Edit menu, and search for double-click.
When you find a value (not a Key) named double-click, double-click on it, and change the 000 to 001.
