  Microsoft Announces Launch of Xbox 360 Elite In Australia

Microsoft has announced the launch of its new Xbox 360 in Australia. The High Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI)-equipped Xbox 360 Elite will be launched in Australia on August 30 and will go on sale for $729.95 AUD ($574.34 USD). The new package will include the black Xbox Elite, an HDMI cable, and a 120 hard drive. Also included are an Ethernet cable, a free month of Xbox Live Gold subscription, a black wireless controller as well as an Xbox Live headset. Microsoft is also making available black controllers and rechargeable battery packs for those who would like everything to match their console.
