Microsoft has finalized MSN Messenger 7 for RTW, and has propped the final file to the public download servers. The 7.1 MB file can be downloaded from Microsoft by clicking on the headline. We'll provide you more information on features as it becomes available.

This download link is a BETA!!! This is NOT the RTW release. When you install it, it clearly says 7.0 BETA.

Just installed this and MSN Plus! - seems quite nice, but I think they could have put a few more MSN services buttons into the interface - and the advertising on the message window is far too small! This is very quickly becoming as bad as ICQ in those two respects. If anyone else wants to remove some or all of those added on features the following patch will let you control exactly what you want: http://www.msgshit.com/downloads/482.
BTW guys, there's currently a bug when trying to access a user's profile (someone modified vUsers and didn't test afterwards):
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server error '80040e14'
View or function 'dbo.vUsers' has more column names specified than columns defined.
/user.asp, line 612
