Legal experts say the most recent lawsuit filed against Microsoft indicates that the software giant's legal troubles are not necessarily over despite its accommodation with the Bush administration and its settlement of several other suits. The $1 billion lawsuit filed late Thursday by RealNetworks, which makes software for playing audio and video over the Internet, cites new evidence suggesting that Microsoft's business practices have remained unchanged after its court battle with the U.S. government. |
