Even as the industry overcomes basic administrative inefficiencies that consume 20 cents of every dollar spent on healthcare, solution providers see additional opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve care with software that spans the collaboration among all healthcare system stakeholders: patients, providers, payers, pharmaceutical companies, employers, and regulatory agencies. In this video, Carter Maslan demonstrates ways in which we hope Longhorn will bring platform support for the applications that span end-to-end clinical and business processes in healthcare. |

Where's the excitement in these videos?
Where's the surge of "cool" from peeking into the future? Why do these videos leave me looking for so so much more? Why do I even want to consider moving software over to Longhorn, or get hyped about it from a client perspective? Yes the videos show a Microsoft world where everything works their way, but its just so bland. I went to PDC and I've read everything about Longhorn, and yes there is some very cool stuff, but these videos just don't cut it. |

| Microsoft, dont waste your money or time in the healthcare market. The demo[c]rats will never let the situation get any better. They much prefer to pilfer from the current system for another few decades. No software can overcome the veracious appetite that Liberal Kerry and his band of robin hood thieves have for other peoples money. |
