Oracle attorneys displayed internal PeopleSoft documents during testimony Thursday that showed the company was indeed concerned about growing competition in business applications from Microsoft and Lawson Software. The evidence presented in San Francisco federal court contradicted the Justice Department's view that PeopleSoft competes primarily against SAP and Oracle.

#7 Microsoft is Not afraid of OSS...like their staying up nights (well maybe some on the competitive team are). Maybe they are just looking at it's pluses and incorporating those methodologies to it's current best of breed technologies. You know, like innovate and push the boundries....as opposed to OSS clone approach. As per usual, you post pointless factless comments...do you see a trend developing here...and I'm gonna call you out every time.
