Microsoft is going to be releasing the Visual Studio 2005 RC (release candidate) at PDC. No word yet regarding compatibility issues with the previous Beta 2 build but with this update Microsoft may have finally turned the corner on the monthly CTP madness. With this timely release Microsoft November launch date is quickly approaching and Microsoft is on target for a great release. |

| Madness? Speak for yourself, Ian. The purpose of the monthly CTPs is to avoid the oft heard complain that Microsoft isn't very transparent in its dev processes and to incorporate user feedback in a more timely manner. |
