Microsoft Corp. General Counsel Brad Smith will hold a press conference today at 2.30 p.m. CET (5.30 a.m. PDT) in Brussels, Belgium, to discuss the European Court of First Instance’s judgment on Microsoft’s appeal of the European Commission’s March 2004 decision.
