  Microsoft shafts HTC phone users
Time: 07:43 EST/12:43 GMT | News Source: the inquirer | Posted By: Robert Stein

As a HD2 owner, If confirmed, this is quite disappointing.

The summary says it meets "many" of the criteria. If it doesn't meet all, they shouldn't allow it. It may not run well, and that would be a PR problem.

On the other hand, HTC and Microsoft could have worked together to make sure it met the criteria before it was released.
