Microsoft rolled out its first major update to the Microsoft Band on Monday, a sign that the company is serious about its foray into wearable computers. It's a technology most seem to agree is about to take off, as Apple prepares to release its much-anticipated Apple Watch in April. Other industry giants like Samsung, whose U.S. telecom headquarters is in Richardson, and Sony have already released smart watches of their own. |
