Accessibility With Sounds

Perhaps you are deaf or have difficulty hearing. But in case a program generates a sound which shows no clue that it is generating a sound, you won't even have a slightest idea of what's going on. Go to Control Panel and click on the Accessibility Options icon to enable sounds accessibility.


In case you want Windows do generate a visual warning when your system makes a sound. You can choose whether to flash your desktop, title bar, border, etc.


Tells your programs caption or speech they display.
