Weird NT Behavior
If you have just made a change to your Windows NT
environment and it starts behaving erratically, restart your computer.
When you get the message 'Press the Space Bar to use Last Known Good
Installation', do so. Your PC will boot to the configuration made
before your last change to the NT environment.
