When entering a URL into Internet Explorer - just write the name of the site and then press CTRL and Return together to add the www. and .com at the end.

Welcome to the new look ActiveWin tips area, not only have we got a new name (TopTechTips), we have also expanded our tips section to include all browsers, operating systems and more. Please click on a section over on the left hand side of this page to jump to the tips area you want to read. Some sections on our navigation will still take you to our old design (those in grey), to streamline the site we have decided to leave tips for Windows 95 and other older programs and operating systems as they are, as they are no longer read very much.
