The Microsoft TrackBall Explorer is a great addition to the Microsoft mice
family. It’s a top-notch model that features a cool silver design. If the
way of controlling the ball using index and other fingers isn’t
revolutionary the inclusion of the IntelliEye technology is. Best of all
the enhanced IntelliEye technology is more accurate than ever ensuring
high precision touch-ups for use in PhotoShop, for example. If that wasn't
enough, the new programmable buttons make surfing the 'Net and completing
redundant tasks much easier. This new TrackBall is worth the buy and its
great software justifies the cost of the purchase, so really you can buy
it right now, eyes closed. Compared to the TrackBall Optical the surface
of the Explorer is more opulent, the ball control concept is more accurate
while the rubbers located on the base don’t smell.
